San Diego Housing Market Is CRASHING! – Worst In 11 Years!

Josh Sigurdson talks with author and economic analyst John Sneisen about the crashing San Diego housing market as the bubble has been propped up to such an incredible pressure that we’re finally starting to see the resistance in the beautiful southern California city.
San Diego housing sales have gone down to their worst in 11 years in a September. That’s a 17.5% drop!
In September 2,942 homes were sold. That’s down from 3,568 sales last September! That is a significant difference and there’s no doubt why. The amount of fake currency being shoved into the markets by central banks, the bankrupt banks themselve and the vast amounts of debt and derivatives being propped up creating their own massive bubbles. We are seeing the return of collateralized debt obligations, mortgage backed securities, credit default swaps, subprime lending, reverse mortgages, you name it. If you saw it in 2007, you’re seeing it again!
This comes as an act of desperation and it’s time individuals start keeping track of this problem, educating themselves on why it’s happening again and break free as self sustainable, independent human beings free of the centralized monetary systems and governments.
Protect your purchasing power! Be responsible! Free your mind, free your money! Don’t become more subservient on debt and those who create the debt.

Stay tuned for more from WAM!

This is true…an asset makes you money..a liability costs you money. It's basic accounting 101..yet my 57 year old sister continues to deny this one basic piece of accounting truth. Oh well.

Very good video. I’d like to see/hear your thoughts about the Las Vegas Real Estate Market. Listening to GLVAR Realtors they tell me this “plateauing” is a seasonal normal even though the recent GLVAR report seems like a decline.

With the incentives for buying property, it was exactly the same in 2008 shortly before the bottom went out. Property buyers would get TV's., holidays etc. just to try keep the volume up.

Great episode guys. You are right on the money with your comments that personal financial freedom is related to a person's ability to mentally break free from the constraints imposed on them from the 'system'.  The biggest battle is in THE MIND. I think of the Bible verse that promises we have everything we need; just need to use our minds.  "His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the full knowledge of the one who called us by his own glory and excellence." 1 Peter 1:3.  Doesn't matter if we are living alone in Antarctica (or Canada :)) – or in the middle of the desert or even Las Vegas. 'Be the change'  😀  Keep up the good work John and Josh !!

I livein San Diego, they were selling 2 bedroom flop houses for $400,000. Rent was as high as $2300 for 2 bedroom apartments. This had to come to an end soon.

Is the mass exodus from CA playing part In the housing to start to falll? Seems alot of the liberals and others are leaving to head to Texas for example because of jobs, less tax and better life in general
